Over the last few years, especially since
getting out of culinary school, I find myself saying two things quite
frequently, often without the conviction to back them up:
1. "I'll give you the recipe" and...
2. "That's not hard. It's really easy to
make!"
I realize now
that I should have clarified both those statements. The first with an "...eventually" and the second with an "...if you're shown
how once".
So I'm working on
part 1. Below are some of the recipes that have met with the greatest success and
that I have promised to various people.
More should
