Where in the world is Qatar? Look at a reliable map, globe, atlas, or some such. Find Saudi Arabia, on the northeast side of Africa. Find Qatar on the northeast side of Saudi Arabia, about midway between Bahrain and United Arab Emirates. Find Doha on the east side of Qatar.
