Present a Multimedia Report on African Gray Parrots and Evaulate the Credibility of Woolf's Bird

One of the main characters in Virginia Woolf's short story "The Widow and the Parrot" is a talking African Gray parrot. Parrots are among the best mimics of the human voice that exist in the avian world. Create a multimedia report on these birds and determine whether Woolf gives a realistic portrayal of one. Use the following Web sites to gather video, audio, images, and text about African Grays.
The Life of Birds is based on a PBS documentary by Sir David Attenborough. It offers an explanation of birds' vocal abilities.
The Boko and Nunzio Cam allows you to watch two African Gray parrots, named Boko and Nunzio.
African Grays Rule contains many different audio clips of Tomi, an African Gray parrot.
African Gray Pictures provides images of African Gray parrots.
Using the information, audio clips, and visuals found at the above sites, create a multimedia presentation on African Gray parrots. In the course of your presentation, evaluate Woolf's portrayal of this bird. Make sure that you explain all visuals and audio clips and introduce them properly. When presenting to your class, check all equipment before you begin to make sure it is working correctly. Provide a written plan of your presentation .
