Work this time

Ok. So I've (mostly) lived through another move. My group at work has spent since December in another building about a mile away while our original building was remodeled. Now we've moved back. I'm no longer in an office, and I share an odd, L-shaped cube with Fred, a guy who works for me. Thanks to rearranging the cube sections (moving the clear ones) I have an outside view of a "secret garden".

The secret garden is a courtyard that was built as part of the building, but because of decisions made in order to ensure security, it is inconvenient to get to. There is a nice entrance way, very close to my cube, but it's locked all the time.

Oh, and the move isn't really complete. The people and their stuff was moved over the weekend and we are all settling in nicely. However, the server systems that I have oversight of are not moving until this coming Friday night.

This means that I will get to spend most of the day Friday at home with Shawn! Yay!
