Here's the breakdown

I posted sixteen codes, and ended up using two others at the end (not including the Ben & Jerry's one). I figure that I drank about 40 Pepsi's, but I got three codes from Kirk, so the 3:1 ratio works out about right.

The eleventh code was grabbed by Kris and he/she chose the "James Bond Theme" by Neil Norman

The twelfth code was caught by Chad who chose "Talk About Our Love" by Brandy

The thirteenth code was attempted by Jeff Hume but it was lost to the wild side of the Internet

The fourteenth code was grabbed by Jeff Hume and he quickly redeemed it for "Like a Hurricane" by Neil Young

The fifteenth code was used by "Z" who picked out "Theme From Antartica" by Vangelis

Alas, the sixteenth code expired before anyone could use it. :-\
