It's so cool that I get messed up when it's not running.

I have become reliant on LaunchBar. I use it for launching apps and going to web sites and opening folders and documents. Recently I have been playing Halo and since my venerable 800MHz dual processor QuickSilver is just meets the minimum specs for the game, I have been quitting all the user apps in order to get the best performance. That includes quitting LaunchBar. So, then after I quit Halo, I go back to using my computer in it's normal fashion. Except LaunchBar isn't running... So I attempt to use LaunchBar to launch it... Then I start to panic.

Now, I had noticed that I miss LaunchBar while using other people's Macs, (although several others already are running it) I usually make the transition to using the Dock, menus, and the Finder fairly smoothly. But when it's my own machine that suddenly isn't running it I freak out.

How is that for a recommendation?
