As I mentioned, I'm going on vacation.

Contrary to the number of posts I've made this month, I have not already been on vacation. But I (we) am (are) going away starting Sunday. We're going to a fairly exclusive community on the Mendicino coast. My step-mother owns a small second home at Sea Ranch, but we'll be staying in our own house that is a bit closer to the beach.

I am bringing my laptop, but only for iTunes and a place to dump pictures. I may even post a few pictures of the trip to this blog.

As to what we'll be doing there... Well, there's a beach, a river, lot's of meadow lands.... Did I mention that there is no internet access and very poor cell phone reception (especially if you turn your phone off). We're bringing toys and the GameCube for the boys. Shawn & I are going to sit down. Once we gain enough energy back to get up, we're going to remind each other that we're on vacation and sit down some more.

The summer is three-quarters over and it feels like it's been too fast and too long already. Swim team, summer school, work projects, re-org, Rory's birthday, Fireworks on the fourth.

I'm Tired.
