• Caption: Looking towards the abandoned stretch of Kellogg Avenue from the top of the culvert in the last photo. This concrete structure appears to be for channeling the water from the culvert down the hill. Note the two very small rails used for structural reinforcing that have been exposed as the concrete deteriorates.
