Redo the Templates - 1.3.1 changes
Well. I decided to redo my templates since I had
upgraded from 1.3b6 to 1.3.1. Got a new look at the same time. Tell me what
you think of it.
I thought I would clean up the templates and redo
all the hacks since the changes from 1.3.b5 to 1.3.1 were significant. I had
some strange problems with the Haloscan scripts disappearing and with posting
not appearing for days.
I thought, while I was at it, I would move to a new look for the site. I made the self portrait on the left using Photoshop Elements 2.0 and a low light capture from an iSight. I was lit only by my monitor when I grabbed the image. You can see the original here (NOTE: this is a PDF file) .
Everything seems to be working: Haloscan, the iBloggers Web Ring and the rest of my hacks.
iBlog 1.3.1 does upload much faster that the previous version. That's a good thing. I would like to be able to pull apart the navigation links on the side and move the syndicate link up and the calendar towards the bottom... maybe that's 1.4.
