there was a very funny story about Vegans and B12. Many pure American Vegans
end up with B12 deficiencies. In a recent study, 92% of the Vegans studied had
a B12 deficiency . But Vegans in Africa and India
don't have this problem.
Like many people, we had company over on the
Fourth. We had perfect weather and no mosquitos (don't know why that happened).
I grilled flank steak and cherry tomatoes and Ena and I made an Italian potato
salad (no mayo or hard boiled egg).
