Vegans should eat bugs.


On Saturday's Zorba Pastor's On Your Health , there was a very funny story about Vegans and B12. Many pure American Vegans end up with B12 deficiencies. In a recent study, 92% of the Vegans studied had a B12 deficiency . But Vegans in Africa and India don't have this problem.

It turns out the Vegans in these other cultures are getting their B12 from insect parts in their food because their food sources aren't as clean.

So Vegans, listen up, "Eat bugs!"
