Story One - Single Car Accident with No Driver.

I tried to find a web version of this story but I couldn't find one. This is from our local paper. Police arrived at the scene of single car accident. They found two adults, one man and one woman unconscious in the back seat of the car. There was no one in the front seat. Upon further investigation, after the two adults were revived, the police learned that the woman was riding in back and the man was driving. The man got so mad at the woman that he climbed over the seat and into the back to assault her. I guess he forgot he was driving or he overestimated the abilities of his cruise control.

Story Two - Britain's Stupidest Burglars. (From The Sun)

It seems that David Kelly has won the coveted Stupidest Burglar award. He and his accomplice attempted to rob some estate agents. Kelly dropped his cell phone in the process... a cell phone that had pictures of him with his wife. He also used his own car for the getaway which was easily traced. He will be getting living assistance from the state for the next 6 years. Maybe they can take him to see the Wizard and he can ask for brain.

You know, when I lived briefly in Tennessee, I was driving back from a hiking trip. Ena and I were on the highway. There was a broad grassy center divider between the two sets of lanes for the freeway. The divider, like most dividers, was a deep "V" shape. Sitting in the divider was a hugh UHaul truck. Standing next to the UHaul was this bewildered looking guy, he was peering under the truck. He had attempted to make a U-Turn across the divider... in his UHaul... because he missed his exit. Only problem, the UHaul got hung up on the front and rear bumpers. The rear wheels where about 3 feet off the ground. I stopped to tell a cop about the UHaul. She said, "We have plenty of Stupid!"
