Lowest voter turnout ever

Yesterday's provincial election set a record for lowest turnout - 52.8%

The Liberals won a two-thirds majority of the House with 42% of the popular vote - 71 seats.

The referendum on electoral reform found 63.1% of those voting preferred the status quo - First Past the Post. Support for MMP was 36.9%

The turnouts in Windsor were particularly low, just above 40%. In my riding of Essex it was about 50%.
