Wind and Snow


It looks like the storm is just about over.



I don't think we got the predicted 30 to 40 cms of snow, but the wind has made some very deep drifts here and there.




I'm staying inside, basking in the warmth of my digital fireplace, feeling superior to my many neighbours who are burning real logs. They in turn argue that firewood is a politically correct fuel, as it is a renewable resource. I say smoke is smoke, and besides, I'm using an Apple TV and Al Gore is on the board. (I've got a fireplace on my iPod too.)
