Windsor beats Toronto in a liveability index. Sarnia is number one. hmmm.

What happened to Leamington? Last year it was named the best place to live in Canada.

Whatever, Windsorites can lord it over 24th placed Toronto. Just don't mention our area continues to have the highest unemployment rate in the country.
