Times flies

Too much fun

Ok, so I shouldn't make promises about writing. I've been in holiday mode for months, indulging myself with a buying spree and partying with new neighbours and old friends. Now here it is almost the middle of January and I'm feeling just a little bit guilty. Mind you, the minivan plant and its feeders are on layoff so I've had lots of company in goofing off. The nieces and nephews however, went back to school this week and my financial advisor called yesterday to suggest we really should process that change of address and look into paying for all my new toys.

Time to get back to a more sensible routine. Working out, writing, volunteering, etc., etc.

Tomorrow.

For now here are some pictures of my new place.

The whole building is a triplex. I'm in the two bedroom on the left.

Today is sunny but for much of the last month it's been overcast with lots of rain. Here's what my front yard looked like back on December 15. For a week there were more snow mobiles on the streets than cars and trucks.

And here's the inside. Most visitors say I need to put up some pictures on the walls. Max of course suggested tapestries.

Luc, my landlord and fellow god father, built this place in three months. He is proud of his work, justly so.
