I did a fair amount of complaining about the last "quiz" that 
circulated because I felt it didn't do enough to tell us anything 
exceptional about the people filling it out. I also recall that 
I asked for suggestions, but didn't receive any. So, I've since 
put the following together; truly probing questions that are 
things I'd love to know about each of you. Answer at your
