Day 17: Vega to Amarillo -- 48 miles
The day started with a cloud overhead but quickly cleared to sunny skies and a tailwind.
Cadillac Ranch was the big stop of the day, just outside Amarillo.
On our way across Amarillo, we rode through the local Antique Alley. Lon bought old maps.
The last group rendezvous was, appropriately at a small city park named for Will Rogers.
We finished at the Big Texan.
