Got fat!


When I moved here in Boston, I weigh like 152 lb.

This was one and half a year ago. In Japan, I have kept this weight like for 5-6 years. But as soon as I got here, I started dancing in the team and kind of had practiced hard. I also try to avoid to eat too much carbohydrate, run sometimes, or doing dumbbells to get rid of my excess fat around my belly... Then, in 3-4 month, I was getting around 144 lb. People didn't notice right away though, in the next half a year, people told me that I definitely got slimmer than before, especially around my belly..... I was happy....

But recently, I have stopped dancing seriously. That was actually in August though, and since then, because I had more time to go out, my alcohol consumption was even more than before..... (this costs!)... Then, now I can feel my old love handles are coming back now.... My weight is like 146 lb, and not that different though, I look terrible! I've got to start training.
