So I'm a Pushcart Nominee



My editor over at The King's English has nominated my story "No Room in the Margin" for the Pushcart Prize. It's nice to be liked, but I'll try not be crushed if I lose.

What would I get if I won? Apparently, the novella would appear in W.W. Norton's Pushcart Prize anthology, and I'd pick up a reasonable chunk of change. I don't know whether there's prize money on top of that or not. I think not. The prize's web site doesn't mention any.

So there's the news of the current state of my literary career.
