Les Mimosas
Our home in Laroque was built in the late 1960s in traditional style, with solid floors laid with terracotta tiles, and shuttered windows.
It is divided into two self-contained apartments, each being about 80m2 in floor area, with separate entrances. The upper apartment is used by the owners. The ground-floor apartment is available for rent by the week.
The villa is set in a mature 900m2 garden. A small swimming pool was installed a few years ago.
We call the house "Les Mimosas" because there are several mature mimosa trees in the garden, with masses of bright yellow flowers in January.
