There is a small television, with a digibox connected to a satellite dish. This receives about 50 free-to-view TV channels, including all of the BBC's output, plus a similar number of radio channels.
There is a multi-region DVD player and a small collection of films on DVD. There is also a radio/CD/cassette player.
We have a couple of board games, jigsaws, and packs
of playing cards. Finally, there are a few dozen books, mostly recent British or
American fiction.
