Project Japan

An idea is knitted

Sue,

That would be great. I too felt inspired being in that magical healing near the water garden. And I felt inspired by you being so present for your mother, for the simple task of taking her socks on and off each day. I was the one to feel bad, that I had spilled out my bruised heartache over a pinenut quiche - eek! The whole business is such a sad affair it is like hanging out one's dirty washing in a rather odd place. So maybe the dolls could do just that. Go for little soirree's, visit hidden gardens, get hidden themselves, be afraid, worried, concerned, not available, mischievious, helpful and practical, when all the time being truly present. I agree, a fun but somehow meaningful rag book would be wonderful. So, yes, lets make that a focus. It will continue our walking, talking, investigating, sitting still and silent, scribbling, pondering, like the moments we shared in Japan.

Meanwhile, have launched 'The Dolls' book on www.blurb.com
