I gave this one to a friend on the English department here at NUS. He's a Mailer fiend and was very happy to get it. Apparently there is some compiled list of all the bazillion places Mailer has ever, ever published. And my friend thought this paperback just maybe wasn't on it. Very exciting. Scholarship.
