In this sequel to "The Dream", Benjamin Franklin again visits Asimov in a dream and urges that the US celebrate its bicentennial by launching an international, medical communications satellite to benefit all of mankind. As with "The Dream", this is an op-ed piece cast in fictional form, and rather uninteresting.
