Jessica Morris - Intern Missionary for the Church of the Nazarene Jessica comes from the beautiful state of Arkansas. Called to be a missionary at the age of twelve, she attended Southern Nazarene University studying biology with the intention of becoming a medical missionary. When God led her to a change of plans, she graduated in 1996 and went to serve in Bulgaria as a volunteer. God richly blessed her life in the two and a half years that she served in Bulgaria through the people and ministries in which she participated. More than anything, she discovered the gifts and passions that God had given her for ministry. With God's guidance, she left Bulgaria and began attending the Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City to prepare further for ministry. Upon graduation in 2003, Jessica served as an Associate Pastor of Evangelism and Discipleship at the Fayetteville First Church of the Nazarene on the North Arkansas District. In January 2005 she arrived in Palermo, Italy, to begin 9 months of language school and to assume her missionary responsibilities on the Southeastern European Field. Her current responsibilities are Church Growth and Development in Palermo and being the Southeastern European Field Resource Person for the areas of Theological Education and Discipleship. Her passion is to know Christ and to make Him known.
Tommy & Stephanie Lobdell - Mission Corp Volunteers for One Year The Lobdells come from Kansas and are recent graduates of MidAmerica Nazarene University (MNU). Stephanie has a degree in Christian Education and Tommy in Youth Ministry. They feel called to full-time ministry and are exploring what that means as they serve in Palermo. Originally planning to lead a college team to Palermo in the summer of 2007 that later fell through, the Lobdells decided to come instead as one-year volunteers. They'll be serving in Palermo until June 2008.
Renner Jantz - Mission Corp Volunteer for One Year In May of 2007, Renner graduated from MNU and was looking for ways to be involved in ministry. This young man has a passion for social justice and being a global Christian. He heard about the ministry in Palermo through the Lobdells and eventually God called him to come as well. He will be staying the same amount of time as the Lobdells.
