We're near the unit's end, now, and it's time to come to some final conclusions by creating a final project.

THE TASK:

We've read several poems in class that have given you an idea of the breadth of women's interests and concerns, and should have interested you in examining a particular poet or issue more deeply. Choose two to three other poems (either by one poet or several) and write a webquest TEACHING those poems to another student, and including one piece of writing from the A2 list. In addition, sign up with me to complete one of your classmates' webquests.

Got it? OK.

Throughout this unit, I've given you several hotlists of links. In order to make your life easier, I did all the searching and evaluation for relevance. However, these are not only good skills for you to learn, they are essential. Thus, this project allows you to hone your critical thinking skills and your search techniques at the same time. As far as finding the content for your web page goes, you're on your own. However, compassionate teacher that I am, I've provided links below to guide you through the process, and I will, of course, be more than happy to guide you if you're stuck!
