General Information
This page provides access to information about Jara, the region in northern Hârn currently encompassed by the kingdom of Orbaal. Jara was conquered by Ivinian colonists from 652-676 TR.
Jara was not a united realm, but rather a collection of domains, some styled 'Principalities' or Tarvenor. In my view the following domains were in existence around TR640 (There are no details in published materials about the domains of Jara):
- Arathel - Arathel, Nemeryn, Teslyn.
- Pethwys
- Leriel - Leriel, Gwaeryn.
- Lorkin - Lorkin, Shenesel, Bwaswyn, Ormanoam.
- Lethwyn - Lethwyn, Cwessyl, Alyne.
- Mathwyn - Mathwyn, Kyloryn.
- Twaelar
- Cythael - Cythael, Loenel.
- Gythryl
- Fythael - Fythael, Vithiel, Powythys, Teryff.
- Quimen
- Abaymyr - Abaymyr, Clymyn, Suslyn.
- Pentiel - Pentiel, Symys, Rymaen.
- Merylom
- Sherwyn
- Thoen - Thoen, Asamyn.
