Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen corn
  • 1 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar

Directions

1. Cook corn on stove top adding a little water to steam.

2. Drain corn.

3. Squeeze lemon, add sugar and thyme, and stir.

4. Add more sugar if too tart. Add salt and pepper to taste.
