Ingredients
- ¾ cup peanut butter, chunky or creamy
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ⅓ cups milk, soy, rice, almond -your preference
- a bit more milk

Peanut Butter Fudgsicles. To import, drag image to your MacGourmet recipe box.
Directions
Put peanut butter, cocoa, sugar, vanilla, and milk in blender and blend at high speed.
Add enough more milk to make the whole mixture equal 4 cups in the blender.
Pour into popscicle molds and freeze.
NOTE:
The original recipe I modified called for 1 pkg Knox unflavored gelatin to be dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water. I left it out because I didn't have any. The popsciles were still great. They melted a little faster, while eating is all. Just make sure you have a plate under them for drips.
