Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews, soaked for 2 hours
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • dash sea salt

Directions

Pre-soak cashews for 2 hours. Cover with water, then drain after 2 hours. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

Great on brownies or cakes.
