This is not even a recipe, but I didn't know where to put this little tip - I LOVE the tortillas like this. I will do this for myself for a quick snack with some fresh salsa, or for the family on taco night. It's alot easier and healthier than frying them in oil. They come out soft or crisp depending on your toaster setting.
1. Put the corn tortillas in your toaster and push down the button.
(Adjust timer for desired crispness)
