Ingredients
- 1 zuchinni, sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, diced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 6 artichoke hearts, packed in water, diced
- 10 olives, sliced
- 6 cloves garlic , minced
- Can also add:
- red or white onion
- sundried tomatoes
- pineapple
- mushrooms

Cheeseless Grilled Veggie Pizza. To import, drag image to your MacGourmet recipe box.
Directions
1. Slice or dice desired veggies (except olives and/or pineapple).
2. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
3. Lay veggies on baking sheet and top with minced garlic, salt & pepper.
4. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 min. Then turn to broil and watch closely so they don't burn, although it's okay for some edges to be blackened. Stir a few times, and continue to "grill" until veggies are soft and very roasted looking, about 10-15 minutes more.
5. You can cool the veggies and store in fridge until you are ready to make the pizza, up to 2 days.
6. After preparing the pizza and sauce, spread the veggies all around and top with the olives and pineapple, if desired.
