  • 6-8-10 russet potatoes, (or any kind you prefer)
  • spray oil
  • kosher salt

Directions

This are the best baked potatoes I've ever made! I never knew cooking them at such a high heat would make that big of a difference. The skins are crisp and the potato white and fluffy. My kids had 2-3 potatoes each!


Preheat oven to 475 degrees.

Poke your potatoes 8-10 times with a fork. Spray with canola oil and sprinkle tops with ground coarse grade kosher salt.

Place in center of oven directly on rack.

Cook for 1 hour.
