Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale, chopped
  • sea salt, to taste

Directions

Cut stems off of kale and rinse under cold water. Chop like you would lettuce for a salad. Place in a skillet over medium heat. Toss until kale turns bright green and softens a little (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat and sprinkle with sea salt to taste.

This dish is wonderfully simple and delicious. Serve along side pasta dishes, mashed potatoes, or my favorite in the winter instead of a green salad.
