  • 4 cups cooked rice, white, mexican, or Chipotle's Lime
  • 2 cans whole pinto or black beans, canned, or home made
  • salsa
  • baked tortilla chips
  • avocado

Directions

Doesn't get any simpler, just put the heated beans over the cooked rice and top with salsa and/or avocado. Can eat with or without chips. A delicious and filling one bowl meal.

Omit avocado for MWL plan.
