Directions

Store bought baked chips are so tastless (& expensive) - these are so crispy & yummy!

Cut each tortilla into 6 or 8 wedges. (Or keep them whole for even faster prep) Squeeze with fresh lime juice,or douse with some water using your hand - then sprinkle with salt.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet with single layers of the wedges, close together but not over-lapping. Broil for about 7 minutes - you only have to cook one side. The chips should be crispy when cooled. Cool them completely before storing in an airtight container, or if you just made a few tortillas, eat them all now!
