Ingredients
- 2 boxes Mori Nu Lite Silken Tofu, drained
- 1 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips, melted
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum, heaping
- 1 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 pre-made 8-inch graham cracker crust, (or chocolate cookie crust)

Directions
Drain Tofu, then put all ingredients, except almonds, in food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Sprinkle almonds on top, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours.
