- 1 box 10.5 oz. pkg., Mori Nu Lite Silken Tofu
- 1 ½ Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ⅛ teaspoon white pepper
- 2000 mg vitamin C tablet, (ascorbic acid) or remove from gel-cap

Directions
Blend in a food processor/blender until very smooth.
Eaten plain, your taste buds can tell it's not real sour cream, but when eating in a burrito or taco, all you taste is the cool, creamy, tanginess. I really like it!
