Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple chunks , with juice
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ bunch cilantro
  • ¼ jalapeno pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender, include the juice of the pineapple. Blend until smooth, or until desired consistency. We like ours with no chunks.

Eat with baked tortilla chips, or use in burritos, tacos, or on top of salads as a dressing.
It is addictive - SO yummy!
