  • 6 burrito size tortillas

Directions

Brown frozen hash browns in a non-stick skillet - I use one quick spray of oil (my pans aren't that great). Season hash browns with garlic salt, pepper, or your favorite seasonings.

Heat up the tortillas over the burner or in a big pan.

Fill warm tortillas with hash browns. Garnish with fresh salsa, ketchup or bbq sauce.

My kids love these as after school snacks. I love them for a quick meal that is satisfying and simple.

Omit tortilla for MWL, just eat them with barbeque sauce or ketchup!
