Paul, the new friend of Kevin early in the story, is a pretty atypical math nerd. Incredibly analytical and logical, he would normally seem out of place with the CM crew. His knowledge of anime and gaming were what brought him and Kevin together in the first place. Able to keep up with Kevin in quip wars, he shows a quick and keen intellect. He is a very likable, if strange sort of guy, and is able to hold conversations with most anyone. Much of his past is totally unknown, even to his best friends, and he seems to hide more secrets than someone this social should.
