1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
2. Chop the herbs and mix with the zest of one lemon.
3. Whisk together butter, ricotta and the juice of one lemon.
4. Drain the pasta but reserve 1/3 cup pasta water.
5. Return the hot pasta to the pot.
6. Add cooking water to sauce mixture and whisk together. Add to pasta and mix. Add herbs/zest and salt.
7. Top each serving with freshly ground pepper.
