1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare 2 loaf pans.
2. In Cuisinart, process filling ingredients and set aside.
3. Blend flour, sugar, powder, salt, zest and butter in Cuisinart.
4. In a bowl, blend egg, OJ and process into flour mixture.
5. Fold in berries and nuts.
6. Into each pan, layer 1/3 of bread batter, then 1/2 of filling. Cover with remaining batter and smooth to cover filling completely.
7. Bake 40-45 minutes until brown on top.
8. Cool completely in pans before turning out.
