For one cup of whipping cream, add the following, stir and chill 30 minutes, then whip. Each makes 2 cups whipped cream.

Chocolate: 2 Tbsp each powdered sugar and unsweetened cocoa. After whipping, fold in 1/2 tsp each of almond and vanilla extracts.

Mint: 2 Tbsp powdered sugar and 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy.

Mocha: 2 Tbsp each powdered sugar and unsweetened cocoa and 1 Tbsp instant coffee granules.
