1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a greased tube pan.
2. Mix cake and pudding mixes with oil, water and eggs.
3. Gently fold in sour cream and chocolate chips.
4. Pour into pan and bake 50-55 minutes. Do not over bake.
5. Let cool 15 minutes. Then remove from pan and let cool completely.
6. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

Notes: Use a cake mix that doesn't already have pudding in the mix, preferably.
