1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter a 9"x13" pyrex dish.
2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and oats in Cuisinart. Pulse until evenly mixed.
3. Cut in brown sugar and butter until mixture is crumbly.
4. Spread 2/3 of dry mixture in pan and press lightly. Layer with the jam and then remaining mixture. Press lightly. (jam can be warmed if it is difficult to spread)
5. Bake 20 minutes or until very lightly golden.
6. While cooling, run knife around entire perimeter.
7. Cool completely and cut into 24 squares (or 48 if doing small servings).
