Preheat over to 350 degrees and prepare silicon muffin cups or individual 1/2-cup ramikins.

1. Melt butter and chocolate together in a large bowl (microwave). Stir until smooth.
2. Whisk in sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Stir in flour.
3. Distribute 1/2 of batter evenly in 6 cups. Press a marshmallow into the center of he batter in each, and top with remaining batter.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until the tops are puffed and crackly. Let cool 10 minutes.
5. Invert to release cakes and carefully transfer to plates. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
