Grease a 9x13 pan.

In Cuisinart, combine butter and brown sugar. Add salt and flour. Press into pan, going 1/2" up the sides. Prick with a fork. Chill 20 minutes, then bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

For filling: melt butter, sugar, honey and cream in saucepan. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add salt, vanilla and pecans. Pour into crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes of until bubbles form. Cool before cutting.
