Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add melted chocolate, egg and vanilla. Beat until smooth,
Combine dry ingredients and add gradually to creamed mixture until a soft dough forms. Stir in chopped pecans.
Roll into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar (approx 1/4 cup needed).
Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Flatted balls slightly with a bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.
Bake 8 minutes or until set.
